制定作文提纲时，要注意哪些问题呢？
第一，形式可以灵活。总的来说，作文提纲没有固定的格式和统一的要求，项目和详略的程度可依材料的特点、表达的需要和自己的水平而定。一般地讲：初学作文时，作文提纲宜细不宜粗；随着构思、布局水平的不断提高，作文提纲就可以写得简单些。

写作文的技巧和方法
一、第一眼看整体
主要看字体是否工整，卷面是否清洁，不涂不抹;字数不多不少(少则_残废_，多则_臃肿_)。
布局是否合理(头大尾长身子小、段少字多密麻麻)头尾短小精悍。开头结尾段字数均应控制在百字以内，否则，头大尾长身子小，比例失调，影响美观。段落稍微多一点。600-800字分4-6段为宜。
