2.充分利用课堂对学生进行口语交际能力的培养。

(1)首先通过给学生取英语名字、开展课堂口语活动给学生展示自己的平台等方式激发了学生的英语学习兴趣，给他们树立了用英语进行交际的信心。

(2)在英语课堂教学中，所有英语教师都用了英语组织教学，充分使用了英语课堂用语，给了学生听和模仿英语的机会，营造了英语口语表达的氛围。课堂上，老师还鼓励学生大胆地用英语和老师交流，不仅提高了学生英语口语表达能力，同时也激发了学生学习英语的兴趣。

(3)在英语课堂中，教师充分利用教材创设情景，让学生主动参与英语活动，提高了英语口语交际水平。

(4)有效地利用了录音机、课件等多媒体教学进行口语教学，极大地提高了学生学习英语的热情，并让学生通过听、模仿纯正的英语口语提高了学生的英语口语水平。

(5)通过开展一些课堂口语训练活动，比如：free talk,值日报告，英语小演讲等活动，使学生养成了用英语思维的习惯，提高了英语表达水平。

二、尝试新的评价机制。为全面评价学生的学习，我们建立了新的英语口语评价机制。在实验过程中，我们建立了以过程评价为主，阶段评价为辅的评价体系，包含课堂评价、活动评价、应用评价和阶段评价。评价采用等级制，辅以鼓励性评语，注意人文性，保护学生学习英语的积极性。

在实验的过程中，学生表现出了极大的热情，尤其调动了一些中等和中等以下学生的学习积极性，是他们在半个学期的活动中，学习成绩有了突飞猛进。结果也表明，学生在活动中的表现与他们所取得的学习成绩是成正比的。
