其次，提纯范文“段落写作”。

段落写作分为统一性，连贯性和完整性三方面。

统一性(unity)：段落开头的主题句应该做到不可太宽泛，也不可太具体，做到有较强的概括性才能使下文做到有的放矢的展开。范文第二段首句以设问的方式提出一个问题is it agood or bad thing就有很强的概况性。下文自然会一方面从好的方面说明，另一方面从坏的方面说明。

连贯性(coherence)：关联词是使文章段落之间相互连贯的.必要条件。范文中nowadays，on one hand，on the other hand，in one's opinion即以“启承转合”递进的顺序是文章条理清晰，层层展开。

完整性(completeness)：以设问句“So far as the present situation is concerned，is it agood or bad thing to open the university campus for tourists?”开头，这是平时较少运用的段落写作方式--设问法。“On one hand……。On the other hand，……。”是段落写作分类列举法的?文“句子写作”。

首先，由一个学校里待了20多年的学生身份转换成了教师角色，我的身上还存在着娇气、傲气和学生气;其次，由于缺少理论方面的培训和学习，导致和学生谈话不深刻、教育学生没有说服力;除此之外，在工作中也会出现事务性太多以至于无法细致深入地做学生的思想工作，比如对国贸班的思想教育工作还有力不从心之处;因为缺少经历，对一些工作还有些陌生。以上诸如此类的毛病和缺点，都会导致我在工作有着这样或那样某幼稚不成熟的表现，犯一些低级错误，所以在今后的工作中还应该从以下几方面要求自己：

3、做好工作。就目前而言，当务之急是尽大三辅导员的职责，指导督促学生就业，顺利完成毕业生离校之前的工作，圆满完成各项任务。在将近一年的试探性工作中认真反思、总结经验、吸取教训，达到学生今后的就业规划，小到今后如何挑选得力的班干部，我都记录在册，为今后的工作打好基础，在业务工作能力上争取有更大的进步。

以上是我10月以来，对自己工作的简单总结和深刻反省，因为阅历和资质有限，在工作中遇到的一些困惑和问题目前还不能给出一个完整满意的答复。但是我将在各方面向大家学习，取百家之长为我所用，不断加强自身素养，提高能力，以饱满的工作热情去投入到今后的工作中，用工作的经历去换取自身的成长，用自身的成长去体验工作的快乐!
