进入公司自然少xxx要办公,办公相对来说是比较程序化和正式化的。首先,要遵守的就是时间,准时上下班,对于在大学比较自由的我们来说要锻炼“坐”功。我们每天都是坐在电脑前面,一坐就是好几个小时。其次,要适应办公的氛围,基本上办公的时候还是很严肃的,在紧张的工作重要懂得调节。再次,就涉及到现代办公工具的使用,复印,打印,传真没有想象的容易。对于我们外贸业务员还要能够通过电话和邮件中跟外国客户沟通好。熟悉国际货物销售合同和各种商业单据是基本的,通过对商务文件的翻译发现也没有想象的难,只要将中文意思能够用简单的文字表达清楚就行。下面我介绍一下我在公司所要做的事情:

1.客户询盘:一般在客户下订单之前,都会有相关的OrderInquiry给我们业务部,做一些细节上的了解。

2.报价:我们业务部及时回复客人查询,确定货物品名,型号,生产厂家,数量,交货期,付款方式,包装规格及柜型等,并做好PerformaInvoice给客户做正式报价。

3.得到订单:经过洽谈,收到客户正式的订单purchaseOrder。

4.下生产订单:得到客人的订单确认后,把订单转做成内部订单给采购部让她给工厂下订单,安排工作计划。

5.业务审批:业务部收到订单后,首先做出业务审核表。按出口合同审核表的项目如实填写,尽可能将各种预计费用都列明。合同审批需附上客人订单传真件,与工厂的收购合同。审核表要由业务员签名,部门经理审批,再交管理部人员审核后才能执行。如xxx额较大的,或有预付款和佣xxx等条款的,要经公司总经理审批才行。合同审批之后,制成销售订单,交给部门进程员跟进。

6.下达生产通知:业务部在确定交货期后,满足下列情况可下达生产通知,通知工厂按时生产:如果是T/T付款的客户,要确认定xxx已经到账。如果是西联付款的客户,要先确定付款是否已经到达本地的西联。

7.验货:在工厂把货物生产好,并发货到公司之后,要对所定货物进行查验,是否能用,质量是否过关,这些是必须要进行验证的,是基本原则,因为要想稳定客户资源,这一部分就一定要做好的。

8.制备基本文件。工厂提供的装箱资料,制作出口合同,出口商业发票,装箱单等文件。

9.发货:通知货代来公司收货。并且把所以必备的单据叫给货代。

10.确认收货:在发货后要通知客户已发货,并且一个星期左右要询问客户是否收到货物。

一、做外贸一定要勤

(一)脑子要勤

(二)手要勤

要多写邮件,能多写多少就多写多少,客人不回复其实是很正常的。写邮件要选对时间,一般周二到周五上午最好,周一是一周的开始,往往有很多邮件要处理,如果客人看到是陌生的邮件地址,很可能直接删掉,因为要处理的事情太多了,周五下午一般是一周工作即将结束的时候了,如果马上要下班了,突然进来一封邮件,会让人多少有些反感的。所以尽量在周二至周五上午写邮件,而且尽量了解一下客人所在国家和我国的时差问题,尽量保证客人在刚上班左右收到邮件,才能提高你的邮件被打开的概率。此外,有的国家或者客人自己设置的带附件的邮件直接进入垃圾箱,当做垃圾邮件处理。如果很长一段时间客人没有回复你,不妨换个邮箱试试,或者是把你的邮件中的附件去掉。在最初做业务时,在没有任何客户资源的情况下,客人不回复你是再正常不过的了。当然这也是最考验我们耐力的时候,一定要耐得住寂寞。就像我的第一封回复邮件是在实习的第十天才收到的。

二、做外贸要有扎实的基本功

(一)熟知自己的产品

一定要了解自己产品的中英文对照,还有一些行业术语,有哪些常用的表示方法,哪几种最常用。一定要保证客人提出特殊要求时,一定知道他指的产品的哪一部分,哪一方面,我们能不能做,能不能满足。对产品的熟悉也不是速成的,时间越久,对自己的产品越来越了解。我觉得对于自己产品的学习,在最初的时候一定要上心,这一部分真的很重要,如果连你自己都xxx解自己的东西,怎么能把它推销出去。

(二)英语水平

英语水平是至关重要的,尤其重要的是口语和写作能力。英语四六级只是一个证书,真正的能力比什么证都管用。Skype,这个是外贸公司用的比较多的,类似于电话,skype打国际长途收费比较的划算,其实打电话也用不到太多的四六级知识,简单一点的你只需告诉你的客人:我回复了您的询盘函,发了新邮件给您,您尽快看一下,对于产品有什么特别的要求。很简单的几句就ok了。其实90%的外国人都会很有礼貌地说“”等感谢的话。打电话,可以使你在所有卖家中脱颖而出,让客人觉得他是受你们重视的,从心里上更乐意和你们合作,当然是在报价和产品都差不多的情况下。另外10%,有的客人不会讲英语,有的客人很不喜欢你打电话给他,宁愿采取邮件往来,最坏的一种情况就是碰到很不友好的客人,这几种情况我都遇到过。起先,碰到很不友好的客人还觉得很难受,慢慢的,换个角度想一想,也就没什么了。打电话一定要敢说,其实有的接电话人的英语说的还不如你呢。要自信。在写作这方面,根本不需要什么高深的语法,越简单越好,一定要把客人要问的问题说明白,不要产生歧义。另外把拼写错误降到最低,经常的拼写错误会给客人你很随便的感觉。

(三)掌握必备的世界地理知识

多掌握一些世界地理知识是很有必要的。我有一个土耳其的客人,他们和咱们有五个小时的时差,一般我下午两点上班时都会和他聊一会,直接聊帽子未免目的性太强,起初我们聊一些土耳其的大学、城市什么的,当时我所说的关于土耳其的知识基本上都是现百度的。大概一个多星期,他把他们搜集好的产品——三千顶帽子,让我们给报价。多用心记一下常用国家的时差,以及一些常见的港口。

(四)注意搜索引擎的运用

学会用搜索引擎,例如,国内的百度、国外的google。一般在google上也可以开发到客户,国外很大一部分人在用google的,所以只知道百度是不够的。另外我们作为外贸新人,可以多上一下论坛去学习外贸知识,下面介绍几个不错的论坛:阿里巴巴论坛,上海的福步论坛,深圳的FOB论坛,可以学到一些外贸知识,还可以扩展一下自己的人脉关系。

(五)快递知识的掌握

学习一些快递方面的知识。国际快递有哪些?以前老觉得快递和物流一样,其实不是的。运费的计算,箱子的规格什么的,可以自己估算一下,也可以考虑一下各种方式的性价比。总之,前期工作做得越周全,在和客人谈的时候也就越有底气,成功的可能性也就越大。

三、做外贸要有良好的心态和性格

这一点相比前几条来讲,是最难做到的,却也是最重要的。

(一)心态要平

做外贸工作不能急于求成,不能开始一周两周没人回复邮件,就开始浮躁,就开始怀疑自己的能力,一味否定自己,要知道在最初做外贸时候,没人搭理是很正常的,有人搭理的算是幸运的,这是相对于自己的平。还有和同学、同事之间的平,要有平衡的心理,用平常心去对待,即使同时进的公司,在公司的培训、资源等方面都一样,也不可能大家同时出单,肯定有早有晚。尤其是看到你的同学都出单时。第一,不要慌,好好审视一下自己手中的客户,做到心中有数,客户大致跟到什么程度了,有多大的希望能成,或者是自己在哪些方面做得不足,怎么弥补;第二,要真诚地祝福,祝福自己的同学,可以羡慕,但不可以嫉妒,可以向同学取取经,或者让她帮忙想想办法,怎么能快速拿下客人。这时候最忌讳的是自暴自弃,自叹不如,我们应该是想方法、想办法,把客人拿下,如果仅是抱怨,必输无疑。一定要努力让自己达到一种平衡的状态,体力上和身心上,哪怕这种平衡时瞬间的,其实这种平衡往往都是瞬间的,就是在这种不断地平衡和不断地打破一个平衡,又营造出另一个平衡中,在这种平衡的状态下,收获是最多的,最大的,我们的成长是最快、最迅速的。

(二)空杯的心态

千万不要觉得自己是个大学生,就怎么着了,如今的大学生太多了,我们怎么着xxx。永远让自己认识到自己处于空杯状态,可能是半空,也可能是三分之二的空,亦或是xxx四的空,最好不是全空,让自己意识到我们必须学习,因为我们永远都不会满盈。学习最新的贸易术语,学习最新的结算方式,接触一些不同的平台,掌握更多的操作技巧。打开以前没有打开的模块去看看,去发掘一些新的东西。

总而言之,良好的性格更不是一朝一夕就能塑造成的,习惯决定行为,行为决定性格。外贸本来就是一个很细致的活儿,所以一定要注意细节。我认为心态塑造好了,性格自然也差xxx。

实习的日子有苦有甜,有希望有失望,迷茫过,挣扎过,内心走过了一段从未走过的路。这次实习让我体验了一番外贸工作的流程,也更加珍惜在校学习的日子,真的,还有很多知识要学:关于物流,电子商务,摄影和图片处理技巧等等。实习也更加了我做外贸的信心,努力成为一个合格的外贸人!

1)你是不是做这个产品多时了。

2)你对产品了解多少。

3)你这个人的人品如何。

4)当然价格是否有竞争力是不可少的必要条件。

要做到以上4点你就务必做超多的资料搜索,收集,比较工作,在这个过程中要抓紧学习这类产品的专业知识。否则客户会对你不放心。只有你能把该类产品讲的很清楚,技术关键在那里,质量如何控制,价格的定位为什么是这样,原材料又是如何如何。客户才会对你放心和信任。取得客户的信任——很重要啊!

客户关注的几个问题如沟通不好,决无下文。如产品的规格、技术参数、所达标准,价位,打算订购的数量,做什么品牌,该品牌在当地是否有影响力,和哪些企业有过生意往来,及做外贸时刻长久等。

你的商贸语言及技巧如何(是否会产生误解或含糊不清,业务人员的素质如何)?

对客户的任何信息要及时响应并回复;对客户的回复不能简单的一问一答,要尽可能全面、周到,但切不可啰嗦。邮件中语言尽显专业性与针对性,否则失去继续交谈的机会。

想客人落单,需先交朋友和交换有价值的信息和意见。决大多数客户都有自己较稳定的供应商,要想做出订单,不能超之过急,超稳步跟进,功到自然成。

一般来讲,从以下几个方面入手来赢得客户:

1、做好质量营销。

2、树立客户至上服务意识。

3、强化与客户的沟通。

5、建立良好的客情关联。

6、做好创新。

以后的路还要怎样走,我也不知道,但是我知道,只要自己不断的发奋,那么迎来的就必须是很好的前景,虽然我知道在外贸公司工作并不是长久之计,但是目前供我选取的余地也不是很大了,因此我只有自己不断的发奋了,正因自己还是要生活的。生活中有很多的事情来做,但是需要不断的发奋。这样的我才是更好的我,我会做到更好的!
