肠道屏障不像墙壁般固若金汤、xxx不变,而是处在不断损耗和修复的动态平衡之中。

①在进食不同阶段,肠道的运动和分泌随时发生变化,而在这一过程中肠道微生物由于饮食变化不断为生存竞争和繁衍。

②肠道黏液层厚度也并非xxx不变,而是在不断生成和侵蚀的平衡之中自我调节;

③肠道上皮细胞会频繁更新,老细胞前仆,新细胞后继,并在免疫和其他机制调控下保持结构的完整。

④肠道上皮细胞之间的链接如紧密结合蛋白,也看菜下饭地随菌群和上皮细胞的变化而变化;

⑤肠道免疫细胞也受菌群和进入物质的影响,不断分化,相当一部分随后会通过循环系统流向身体其他部位。

破坏肠道屏障的因素很多,不管是扰乱生物屏障、化学屏障、物理屏障还是免疫屏障的因素都会损伤肠道屏障功能;当某种破坏因素持续存在或多种破坏因素同时或相继出现时,肠道屏障稳态则容易被破坏。损耗大于修复时,就会引起肠漏。

相比与人自身遗传因素之下,日常生活中各种环境因素对肠道屏障的影响更为明显。

慢性心理压力和生理压力都会激活应激反应系统,释放多种压力激素,影响肠运动、分泌及肠道菌群组成。

②酒虽然为某些人带来好的感受,但酒精会直接破坏肠道上皮细胞扰乱肠道菌群,过饮和醉酒即可引发肠漏。

③各种慢性疾病状态下,肠道屏障功能也会受到损伤。

毒素(如重金属)和杀虫剂等因素会破坏肠道屏障。
