I also realize that only those who bring happiness for others can be truly happy. So I often take part in activities concerning public welfare. 很高兴今天能参加西城完小组织的口语交际教学比武活动。咱们西城完小首开口语交际教学比武的'先河,为教师和我们教学研究人员搭建了口语教学教学研究的平台。今天,西城完小的六位教师为我们展示了六堂原汁原味的口语交际课,这六个课例折射了我县实施新课改以来小学语文口语交际教学的实况,我们从中可以看出口语交际教学所取得的成绩,存在的不足。这次口语交际教学比武很重要也很必要。下面我就这六堂课做个简要的点评。

一、几大亮点:

(一)话题丰富多彩,具有交际的价值

口语交际教学中话题的选择非常重要。话题是在交际情境中把双方联系在一起的纽带。是交际双方进行交流、沟通的核心,是实现有效沟通交流的重要前提。

今天所上的六节课,话题丰富多彩,从不同内容,不同角度对学生进行口语交际训练。《粗心的小猪》这个话题教育孩子们要克服粗心大意的毛病,做事要认真细致。《小鸭你别急》这个课题对学生进行的是助人为乐的教育。《朋友,友谊》教育孩子们要广交朋友,与朋友和谐相处;《让快乐与众不同》告诉孩子们要正确对待快乐,引导孩子们积极快乐地生活,在平凡的生活中寻找、创造快乐。《清晨谁在为我们忙碌》对孩子进行了感恩教育。《他们真神气》教育孩子们要学做好孩子。知道什么是真正的神气。

每一个话题内容都是健康向上的,体现了正确的价值导向,有一定的交际价值。

(二)话题符合学生年龄特征,体现了年段目标。

新课标按九年一贯的思路整体设计,分四个学段提出了阶段目标。这六堂课中有三堂课是第一学段的口语交际训练。另外三堂课是第二学段的口语交际训练。教师在目标制定上基本体现了不同学段的特点。例如:第一学段目标是能认真听别人讲话,了解讲话的主要内容,听故事,复述故事大意,能较完整地讲述故事,与人交谈态度大方,有礼貌,能对感兴趣的话题发表自己的意见。第二学段要求学生在交谈中能认真倾听,并能就不理解的地方向人请教,与人商讨,能讲述自己的见闻,并能说出自己的感受和想法。能用语言打动他人。教师在目标设定时能基本上体现学段特点。体现了口语交际训练的循序渐进。

例如《粗心的小猪》,xxx老师在设定目标时重在讲述小故事,用普通话把故事说完整。《小鸭你别急》,肖老师的教学目标中指出:通过想象,用完整的句子描述画面,说出帮助小鸭的办法。这些目标要求体现了第一学段的特点。而《清晨谁在为我们忙碌》《让快乐与众不同》《朋友,友谊》分别是三四年级的口语交际课。话题内容较第一学段要深,目标要求也高一些。老师在制定目标时提出了在讲述见闻的过程中表达自己的感受和想法,在交际中表达自己的情感,愉快和谐地进行沟通。这些目标的设定体现了第二学段的特点。

(三)创设情境,激发交际兴趣

六堂课的老师都能够利用多媒体课件,创设情境,激发学生的交际兴趣。使学生入情入境,积极主动地交流。学生在课堂上自自然然、无拘无束地进行交流。学生在课堂上能克服心理障碍,积极主动交际,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了口语交际训练质量。

(四)互动交流,充分训练,培养了学生的口语交际能力和正确的情感态度价值观。

老师们能够想方设法为学生创设交际情境,引导学生进行交际训练,学生既有自由发言,又有小组内互动交流,还有上台表演。在倾听、表达、应对中培养了学生的口语交际能力。学生在获得知识目标、能力目标的同时,培养了学生美好道德情操和正确的人生观、价值观。

(五)贴近生活,拓展话题,再现真实的生活情境

老师能根据话题内容巧妙地联系学生的生活实际,拓展话题内容,让口语交际再现生活,回归生活。

例如:xxx老师让学生回忆与朋友相处的往事,以讲故事的形式与小伙伴沟通。xxx老师让孩子们说在平时的生活、学习中有怎样的快乐。xxx彩霞老师让孩子们说说自己是不是粗心的小朋友,以后该怎样做,xxx老师让孩子们调查:清晨,你早早起床,都看到了哪些人?他们都在忙些什么?

二、不足之处:

(一)每一堂口语交际课的单项传输过多,没有体现多向互动的交流过程。

(二)每一堂口语交际课的随意性过大,没有在交际方法上加以引导。

(三)交际内容停留在一个层面上,没有体现交际的层次性。

(四)重视说话训练,没有重视交际能力的培养。

(五)课堂上学生的交际面不广,学生参与交际活动不积极。

(六)没有创设交际情境,学生没有交际的时间和空间。

三、几点说明:

口语交际课作为小学语文新教材的一种新课型,虽然已经经历了许多年的探索,但仍然显得研究不够,执教时深感困惑、力不从心,因而教学效果不太理想。这些问题的有效解决,只有依靠专门的研究和教学实践。

(一)口语交际教学效果不好的原因

教学原因:开课不足;没有考试。

教师原因:认识不够,教学缺乏研究。

教材原因:只有话题,没有具体内容。课次太少。

学生原因:心理害怕;不敢说;缺乏场境,缺少机会;缺乏指导,技巧不够。

(二)听说训练与口语交际的区别

《语文课程标准》将“听话·说话”改为“口语交际”,不仅仅是提法上的改变,更重要的是体现了观念上的改变和时代的要求。

他们的主要区别在于:

1、教学目标不同

听说训练主要是培养学生的听话和说话的能力,较多地xxx语的推敲、句式的使用,技巧的传授等听说知识体系的建构,侧重于单一的挺好所技能的训练。

“口语交际”作为“听话·说话”的发展,它不仅要求训练每个学生的听说能力,而且要在口语交流中规范口头语言,并培养学生语言交际、待人处事、举止谈吐、临场应变、传情达意等综合能力和基本素养。

2、教学方式不同

“听说训练”的主要的教学方式是“训练”,以教师和学生单向信息传递为主,学生比较被动,而且听说训练的内容离学生的生活实际有一定的距离,所进行的训练对学生的现实生活意义不大。

“口语交际”是听与说双方的互动过程,是教师与学生,学生与学生之间的多项互动交流,教学活动主要在具体的交际情境中进行,注重调动学生的生活经验,在有一定实际意义的交际活动中学会交往,学会沟通,在交际中学会交际。

(三)口语交际的特点。

1、思维的及时性。语言是思维的外壳,思维是语言的内核。口语表达过程实际上是把思维的结果表述出来的过程,口语交际中思维的品质和水平,很大程度上制约着口语交际的质量。因此,口语交际训练离不开思维训练。

2、交际的生成性。口语交际的发生,不是事先预约好的,有很强的生成性。有时双方都毫无准备,不期而遇。有的是一方没有准备,如学生突然被老师叫去谈话。这需要在交际中表现出随机应变。

3、情境的特定性。口语交际具有特定的情境。其情境因素主要是交际的内容、对象、时间、空间和具体的场景。

4、能力的综合性。口语交际的所展示的能力不只是“听、说”能力,它体现的是一个人的综合语文素质,诸如思想、人格、形象、风度、个性、气质、修辞及言语表达技巧等。

(四)口语交际课要注重培养学生的综合能力。

1、良好的语音能力。口头语言是借助语音及其变化来传情达意的,而汉语语音的变化是比较复杂的,区别又比较细微,要恰当、准确地运用语音来表达,就必须具有较好的语音能力,包括发音准确、规范;音质纯净,音量适合;音调优美动听,发音有一定的节奏,快慢适中;声音有一定力度,并能控制自如,做到强弱、大小适当,等等。

2、快速的语言组合能力。与人当面交谈,不可能有很多准备和思考的时间,要想在短时间内说出有一定条理的交际话语,必须迅速地组织语言,快速地选择词语和句式,运用修辞方法和叙述、说明、描述等。可以说,组织语言的速度和能力,将决定口头表达的效果,是口语交际能力的一个特别重要组成部分。

3、得体的语言交际举止。主要表现在:

(1)姿态自然,举止大方。

(2)用语恰当,礼貌待人。能根据不同的对象、不同的场合及不同的谈话内容,说恰当、得体的话。还能根据表达的需要,正确使用礼貌用语,并辅以表情和手势等体态语,以增强强口语的表达效果。

(五)口语交际能力的培养

1、强化课内训练,加强示范引导

(1)在口语交际课上进行口语交际训练。这是学生获取口语交际知识的重要途径,也是培养学生口语交际能力的重要途径。教师应依据课标,灵活运用教材,上好口语交际课。

①创设情景,引起学生的说话欲望。可利用教材,创设情境;可联系生活,再现情境;让学生置身其中,产生“一吐为快”的冲动。

②联系学生实际生活,拓宽话题内容,让学生在具体的交际情境中开展交际活动,在交际中学会交际。

③努力实现多个回合、双向互动的训练过程。

口语交际交际的核心是“交际”二字,注重的是人与人之间的交流和沟通。它是一个听方与说方双向互动的过程,不是听和说的简单相加。只有交际的双方处于互动的状态,才是真正意义上的口语交际。因此,我们在口语交际教学中,应想方设法,实现课堂教学中的双向互动,体现多个回合、双向互动的训练过程。互动是口语交际课的基本特点,多个回合的交流有助于提高交际的质量。教师要设计多个回合、采取多种形式,在一步一步逐渐深入的互动中,体现学生由交际得比较简单、表面到交际得比较丰富、深入的训练过程。就是凭借听、说,进行交流、沟通,传递信息、联络感情、处理问题。要想顺利乃至高效地进行口语交际,必须学会倾听、表达和应对。以往的说话课,注重训练听和说(主要是独白),而口语交际教学更注重人际交流,借以培养应对能力、人际交往能力以及合作能力,

④注意引导学生以积极的情感和正确热情的态度参与交际,如:有表达的自信心;与人交谈能尊重、理解对方;在交际中注意语言美等。

⑤给予学生自由表达的空间,让其充分展示自己的个性,要允许学生出错,允许提意见,允许插嘴。在交际中要做到:形式上自由组合,思想上放胆随意;表达上言无不尽。

⑥重视学生在口语交际评价中的参与意识。一是评价交际的语言是否清楚明白;二是评价交际的方式是否讲究文明礼貌;三是评价交际的习惯,即:说话姿势、心理因素、普通话准不准确。对于小学生,同样要养成评价的好习惯,学会正确地对待自己和他人,至于评价得怎么样我们不能求全责备,关键在于激发他们的参与兴趣。

(2)在阅读教学中渗透口语交际训练。口语交际训练仅仅依靠几节口语交际课远远不够,应该贯穿在语言教学的始终。阅读教学过程的实质是教师、文本、学生三者互动的过程,是师xxx、生xxx进行学习交往的过程,因此,充分重视在阅读教学过程中加强对学生口语交际训练十分重要。

(3)在其它课中,进行口语交际训练。如可在课前安排专门的口语训练。也可在作文教学中可通过指导、评议、修改等环节,先说后写,边说边评,把说些评议结合起来,实现思维能力与多样性语言表达能力的共同发展。

2、充分利用其他课教学,强化口语交际实践应用

随着课程改革的进一步深化,各科教学都很重视学生全方位能力的培养,口语交际能力就是其中一项重要内容。首先要求说好普通话,不要说方言。其次要培养学生积极发言、发好言、进行有意思口语交际实践。

3、多层次、多渠道、多形式地建立互动机制。

在生生、师生、小组、群体等各个层面上开展交际活动;在学校、家庭、社会等各种渠道中进行交际实践;运用课前一分钟对讲、课内外校内外交流、采访等多种形式给学生提供锻炼的机会。
